Our client in Santa Cruz had run through the gamut of real estate teams for several years trying to sell his beachfront property. He’d grown tired of managing the beachfront property on his own. But he’d run into so many challenges and frustrations with the process and lack of progress that he nearly gave up – that is, until he met us.
